We introduce the best rooms for you via phone call, fax and mail as you like. After you find out a room you want, please check informations (exterior, interior and surroundings) thoroughly. If you are not in Japan, we recommand you to ask us what you want to know actively.Fill an application to rent.

Contract of lease

We hand to you documents explaining the content of the contract in detail. Then, we receive the contract you assigned (depends of the owners) . Finally you pay all necessary expenses such as deposit, key money, insurance, rent money and so on.
Delivery and receipt of a room key
Choose a date for moving and set up lifeline facilities
You will get a room key after the owner chekd the room rent fee is paid out.
You will get information of life in Japan, for instance, how to take the trash out, and get through the procedure to establish service(water, electricity, gas etc.)
